Layout planning come before interior design

Many owner do not understand that having a good layout planning is much more important then interior designer.

First of all you probably would ask me why , let me explain to you knowing the size of all the rooms and the fuction of room and individual useage is important.

e.g living and dining - What type of sofa can you buy for the living and how big the sofa or 3 seater or L shap sofa , size of the wall feature ..... etc. All this are important factors to cosider before designing the place .

So before designing you unit do consider the above mention factors
